Jean Christophe Comor started producing his certified organic wines in 2004, following a herculean effort cutting down trees, clearing stumps and preparing the land for replanting vines! One-time parisien and professor at the prestigious Sciences Po university, his winemaking whim has well and truly paid off; now producing wines with a unique character, elegance and complexity and in a style which improves with each vintage. One to watch.

L’Analepse is an astonishingly fruity, complex wine produced from 100% Carignan Blanc grapes. These are the oldest vines grown (organically, of course!) on the domaine and produce incredibly expressive wines. Grapes undergo a lengthy skin-contact maceration, vinification in demi-muids before maturation for 9 months. In its youth it offers powerful notes of candied fruit, a full-bodied and generous palate strung along with appetising minerality; characteristics which make this the perfect accompaniment to grilled fish.
