François-Xavier Barc joined forces with other winegrowers who share his philosophy and passion for wine to create Complices de Loire. Their approach is based on stringent selection of parcels, sustainable cultivation techniques, and traditional vinification processes. Maison Complices de Loire has been producing wines from different appellations in the Loire Valley, from Pouilly-Fumé to Saumur, since 2010. The different single parcel cuvées are vinified in barrels and tanks with true precision and keep alive the spirit of top red and white Loire wines. They stand out for their "juicy" fruit quality which has been a winner with wine lovers.

Les Roches Célestes is a very fine Saumur-Champigny which is characterised by its integrity and concentration. The nose offers aromas of ripe fruit (Morello cherry in particular) and the palate is fleshy with silky and elegant tannins. This wine is enjoyed with red meat, game and cheese.
