On the Yonne, just like her father before her, Stéphanie Colinot produces absolutely remarkable and intensely fruity red wines. Her wines are also good for aging. She is undoubtedly today one of the best viticulturists of Pinot Noir in the region.

Looking at the slopes fully exposed to the south on which the Mazelots’ vines are planted, we understand how Stéphanie Colinot manages to produce such fruity and pure wines. Its maturation in vats allows the wine to preserve the purity of this fruit, giving an elegant wine. Supple, ample, and silky, it livens the senses with its long finish.
