About the wine
A member of Burgundy’s premier cru, this vineyard is almost entirely sloped and faces to the south-east on marl soil. Vinified in open vats for three to four weeks, then put in oak barrels for 18 months, this Beaune premier cru is one of the most delicate. An ample structure and generous, fruity aromas give this wine exceptional length. Ideal to accompany a delicate meat dish.
