Having been present in the Mesnil-sur-Oger region for 7 generations, the Gonet family produces particularly mineral champagnes which reflect the terroir from which they are produced. The domain spans 19 hectares, with two thirds of Chardonnay and one third of Pinot Noir. Today, Pierre Gonet manages the domain and Chantal Brégeon Gonet supervises the commercial and export side of things.

This cuvée is produced from Chardonnay grapes cultivated on the Côtes des Blancs of Sézanne and Montgueux. It is characterised by a perfect balance between the suppleness and generosity of the patisserie aromas (brioche, fresh butter) and a lively freshness.
