Created by Jean-Luc Aegerter, this Burgundian house was then inherited by his son Paul. The two share a passion for nature, which guides them in producing top-quality wines. Situated in the Côte d'Or, in Nuits-Saint-Georges, the domain is nowadays expertly managed by Paul, who has brought his energy, taking the house's output off the beaten track to produce wines for enophile from all walks of life.

To make this Nuits-Saint-Georges, the domaine harvests its grapes by hand and cold soaks them in stainless steel vats before fermenting them naturally. Malolactic fermentation and eight to twelve months of élevage in oak barrels are also part of the process. The final wine has an intense ruby colour and its bouquet exudes black fruit and woody notes. Its fleshy and robust character give it ageing potential and make it ideal for pairing with flavoursome dishes.
