Information
The story of this Rhône Valley domain began in the 1960s, when Remy Klein, originally from Alsace, decided to purchase five hectares in Réméjeanne. The 35-hectare domain is run by Rémy and his son Olivier, who came to the domain in 2010. There is a spirit of authenticity that brings them together, a work ethic that has led them to certify their domain in organic production. The wines made here are notable for their finesse and their elegance, tense but also fresh.
A 100% Syrah from vines with an average age of 20. The harvest is carried out by hand before a cold maceration. Vatting takes 30 days, and there is no sulphur added during vinification. This wine is matured in vats for an average of 12 months. With its beautiful colour, typical of Syrah, this cuvée is at once mineral and rich. Perfect for the summer!
