    Information
    About the wine

With a strong family heritage and a philosophy of blending innovation with tradition, the Italian domain Massolino here crafts a well-made Barolo from one of this prestigious appellation’s most beautiful crus, characterised by its steep slopes and south-facing exposure. In the glass this cuvée is garnet red with flecks of orange. The aromas that escape are marked by raisin, gentle spices, dried rose and violet, and red fruit. Made to be aged, this wine has a beautiful tannic structure and a characteristic acidity. We recommend opening the bottle an hour before serving at an ambient temperature alongside characterful dishes involving truffle, game, or refined cheese.
