    Information
    About the producer

Founded in 2009, Domaine des Hautes Glaces is a French farm distillery specializing in the production of whisky and brandy. Its whisky is produced entirely from local organic products and the grains - barley, rye and spelt - are grown on-site. The estate also has its own malting floor and uses water from the property’s own stream. The whiskies are aged in cognac, Vin Jaune and French new oak casks.

    About the wine

This limited edition of Domaine des Hautes Glaces was bottled in October 2017. It is a rye whisky produced from organic rye grown in Les Gabert, one of the estate’’s five plots. Ageing in Vin Jaune red barrels gives it a very unusual aromatic profile.
