    Information
    About the wine

This 2011 vintage of rum produced in Barbados was created using a unique double distillation processes, making this nectar a rum like no other in the universe of fermented cane juices. Double distillation makes the rum even more elegant and smooth and the vintage is also characterized by the slow ripening of Barbados’ sugar canes in 2011. Finally, the rum was aged for 4.5 years in bourbon casks in Barbados, and for 4 years in cognac casks. This double maturation creates a a deeply elegant rum refined over time.
