A rum distilled in 1975 and aged for 31 years before being bottled in 2007 by independent bottler Rum Nation. The rum’’s exact origin is not specified. Although Diamond is the last remaining distillery in the country, others existed in the past before closing one after the other. Each had its own distillation equipment, including truly unique wooden column stills and pot stills like Port Mourant, Versailles and Enmore. All of these are now found at Diamond, which is owned by Demerara Distillers Limited.
