Antonio Quari, a Burgundy winemaker, is renowned for crafting authentic, fragrant and elegant wines that reflect the personality of the Burgundy wine landscape. Antonio Quari learned all the tricks of the trade thanks to a fascinating apprenticeship with Henry-Frédéric Roch at the iconic Domaine Prieuré Roch. A few years later, he decided to produce his own wines and celebrate the region’s terroir. Aware of today’s environmental challenges and with a view to protecting biodiversity, Antonio Quari is committed to producing grapes grown according to sustainable and ecological practices. Unsurprisingly, this healthy philosophy continues in the cellar. Vinification is also low interventionist, and sulphur is added in minute quantities so that the fruit can freely express all its delicious aromas. It is in this peaceful setting that the estate produces its unique vintages, a perfect reflection of the region’s terroir and grape varieties.
