About the producer

Founded in 2009, Domaine des Hautes Glaces is a French farm distillery specializing in the production of whisky and brandy. Its whisky is produced entirely from local organic products and the grains - barley, rye and spelt - are grown on-site. The estate also has its own malting floor and uses water from the property’s own stream. The whiskies are aged in cognac, Vin Jaune and French new oak casks.

About the wine

A Flavis whisky (from the Latin for “yellow, golden”) made with organic barley grown in the Gabert climat, distilled in 2016 and matured in vin jaune casks. A limited edition of 480 bottles.
