Autrement is the fruit of a meticulous blend of 40% Gamay, 40% Mondeuse and 20% Pinot Noir. This subtle red wine honours the famous Jacques Maillet cuvée, produced in Savoie and bearing the same name, which the Californian winemaker used to enjoy on his visits to France. In the winery, the grapes are carefully vinified allowing the terroir and grape varieties to fully express their characteristics.
