Information
Born from a meticulous blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, this Champagne is a high-precision wine crafted biodynamically in the spirit of Burgundy’s finest wines. The vines behind this wine come from the localities of Cuis, Cramant and Chouilly, where outcropping, highly porous chalk drains water efficiently while imparting minerality and freshness In the winery, gentle pressing and first-run juice precede fermentation in barriques. Ageing also takes place in barriques for eight months on fine lees.
In the glass, the pale golden hue reveals a fine, persistent bead. The bright, refined nose carries aromas of candied citrus, mirabelle plum and white flowers, underpinned by a chalky mineral edge and subtle toasty, buttery nuances. The palate is precise and vibrant, with a fresh attack and a subtle balance of saline tension and generous fruit, leading into a lightly mineral finish.
