Information
Crafted exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards in Avize, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Cramant and Oger, this wine captures the full purity and finesse of Chardonnay. The clay-limestone soils, rich in chalk and ancient sediments, lend exceptional minerality and tension, revealing both the terroir’s distinctive character and the deep history of these emblematic slopes. The grapes are harvested by hand, then ferment partly in old oak casks and partly in stainless-steel vats. The Grand Cru is subsequently aged for seventy-eight months on the lees before a recent disgorgement. Undosed, this Champagne offers a pure expression with no added sugar.
The pale yellow shimmering hue is graced with elegant golden glints. The nose reveals notes of white blossoms, candied citrus and roasted almond, with delicate hints of toasted bread. On the palate, it is lively and creamy, balancing freshness and depth with finesse, and leading into a long, saline finish.
