More info

Blanches Fleurs 1er cru is a refined wine from the prestigious Côte de Beaune terroir, more precisely from carefully selected plots of clay-limestone soil. Manual harvests preserve their integrity of the clusters which are carefully sorted. Vinification is performed in open vats, sometimes including whole bunches, to ensure gentle, balanced extraction of the tannins. The wine is aged in French oak casks, with 20–30% new wood, for 12 to 18 months, allowing the juice to develop subtle nuances of vanilla and spice.
This Beaune 1er Cru captivates with its complex nose, combining aromas of red fruit, particularly raspberry, with delicate floral notes. On the palate it reveals a delightful freshness, a lively acidity and a long elegant finish. Designed to be enjoyed in its early years, this wine perfectly encapsulates the balance between tradition and modernity.

About the Producer Dubuet Boillot

Born among the vines of Volnay, his path initially led him to a career as a race car mechanic before steering back to his true calling. Well versed in motorsports, he also masters viticulture, earning a BTS in viticulture and oenology in Beaune. In 2016, he took over the six hectares of vines belonging to his maternal grandfather, Pierre Boillot. The estate spans prestigious appellations such as Volnay and Pommard, including the premier crus Les Pitures and En Largillière, as well as Coteaux Bourguignons and IGP Sainte-Marie-la-Blanche. Today, Maxime Dubuet-Boillot perpetuates his family’s winemaking legacy, crafting refined and elegant wines through meticulous vineyard work and minimal intervention in the cellar. Though not officially certified in biodynamics, his practices closely align with its principles.
