The vines, averaging 40 years of age, grow on clay-limestone soils at around 420 metres in altitude. After manual harvests, the grapes are chilled before being gently pressed, with the final press fractions set aside. Lastly, 75% of the wine is aged in stainless steel vats and the remainder in big barrels for a period of 12 months.
The wine displays a pale-gold hue with bright highlights. The floral, citrus-driven nose reveals white flowers, pear, green apple and a touch of flintstone. On the palate, a lively attack opens onto a slender, finely textured body, balanced by vibrant tension that leads into a saline finish.
