Maury Le Passage Philippe Gayral et Stéphane Gallet 2009

This Maury is the fruit of Philippe Gayral and Stéphane Gallet’s labour. Planted in black soil, the grapes ripen in ideal conditions to produce a superb cuvée. After a slow vinification of the Grenache Noir, there is 80g/l of residual sugar. Its bright, ruby colour will draw you in. its nose is an explosion of fruit and flowers with hints of spice. On the palate, its fruity profile is balanced by a lovely minerality. A fine cuvée with a persistent finish.
