The wine perfectly reflects the microclimates and rocky terrain of the Wachau Valley. Its crystalline colour, with highlights of green, offers up distinctive aromas of citrus and exotic fruits and mineral notes. The palate reveals mouthwatering flavours of lychee and white peach. The wine is nicely balanced and has a refined and fresh structure. This excellent white wine for food lovers makes a perfect pairing with poultry and baby vegetables. Drink young, within its first three years.
About the Producer Domäne Wachau
Domäne Wachau is a cooperative with deep roots in the Austrian region of Wachau. This vineyard spanning almost 440 hectares is cultivated by members of the cooperative. It is one of the largest vineyards in Austria and focuses exclusively on high-quality wines. It is renowned as one of the country's finest producers of white wines. The vines grow on stony terraces.
