A delicate, fruity and particularly gourmet Givry, perfect with white meats.
More infoThis very long-standing premier cru was first planted in 1170 by monks from Citeaux Abbey. The wine is élevaged in oak barrels (60% new). On the nose, it expresses aromas of dark fruit (blueberry, blackberry) with smoky and spicy notes. On the palate, the tannins are beautifully refined, the texture is delicate and the length is noticeable.
