Each plot benefits from meticulous viticultural practices that respect the environment and biodiversity, allowing the terroir to express its full character naturally. Once the grapes have reached peak ripeness, they are meticulously sorted and only the best berries are retained. The fruit is pressed immediately before being fermented. The cuvée has the particularity of being aged in amphora for several months before being bottled.
The pale glistening clear colour reveals a nose that balances freshness and tension beautifully with light fruity scents. The delicate, delicious palate reveals fresh, fruity aromas of apricot and citrus fruit, gently building to a delightfully long, flavoursome finish. This cuvée is ideal for cellaring for a few years.
