More infoThis Vin de France rosé is crafted from a precise blend of Vermentino and Syrah grapes. The predominantly limestone soils provide the vines, located at the heart of the village of Pont de l’Isère, with all the nutrients and energy they require to thrive. In the winery, the carefully harvested grapes are pressed immediately and vinified with minimal intervention. The fruit undergoes a unique fermentation process, conducted in amphorae. The cuvée is then carefully aged in the same vessels for several months before being bottled.
The pale clear slightly shiny pink colour is sublimated by a bewitching bouquet brimming with delicious notes of peach. On the palate, the superb mineral structure reveals citrus and exotic fruit aromas, gently building to a fresh, mineral and fragrant finish. This elegant, flavoursome rosé can easily be cellared for several years.
