The Jadis cuvée, produced from three plots in Provence, is a fresh, well-balanced gastronomic rosé, matured for six months in concrete vats and demi-muids. It offers aromas of ripe fruit and spices.
More infoThe Jadis cuvée is a blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah. The vines thrive on an altitude terroir that is unique in Provence, with three parcels resting on clay and pink marble soils. This terroir imparts remarkable freshness, balance and depth to the wine. The parcels are isolated and vinified separately to guarantee a wine of great quality. The grapes are hand-picked before being crushed and destemmed. Fermentation is conducted in concrete vats and 500-litre demi-muids. The wine is aged in the same vessels for 6 months to preserve both aromas and structure.
This Jadis nectar is a fleshy gastronomy rosé combining aromas of red fruit, strawberry, raspberry, violet, peach and fine spices. The typical freshness of Château Grand Boise adds tension on the palate, releasing incredible length and peppery notes.

About the Producer Château Grand Boise
Backed by four centuries of history – it can trace its beginnings back to 1610 – the property has only had three owners. Nestled in the Trets village, the estate covers a huge area with 500 hectares of forests and woods, of which 40 are reserved for vines that are divided into 92 parcels. The latter are located between 300 and 650 meters above sea level. Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Vermentino, Sémillon and Cabernet Sauvignon are grown there following organic and biodynamic methods.
After being harvested by hand, the grapes are gently vinified without any additives and using natural yeasts (which is rather rare for Provence’s rosés). The estate wishes to show off the unique characteristics of its terroirs and those of the AOC Côte de Provence Sainte-Victoire. Maturation is carried out in cement and stainless steel vats and oak barrels and large turns (but no new wood) depending on the wine. A magnificent property to discover immediately.
