White Beaujolais wines are truly rare! This is a superb example from deep, clay-sand soils. Classic vinifications are carried out on fine lees in stainless-steel vats. The élevage is also done on fine lees, in used oak barrels (3 or 4 wines) for 7 months. This allows to retain freshness and the purity of the fruit. On the palate, the wine opens on notes of white fruits, white flowers and fresh butter. Enjoy with fish or white meats.
