More infoThe Pinot Noir vines grow in Pampa El Cepillo, at the heart of the Uco Valley, at an altitude of around 990 metres. The cold climate, predominantly limestone soils and organic and biodynamic viticulture practices all contribute to the cuvée’s unique, authentic and flavoursome character. In the winery, the carefully harvested Pinot Noir grapes undergo a strict, natural vinification process. The cuvée then has the particularity of being aged for 12 months in Fused French oak casks before being bottled.
The ruddy-red colour, adorned with shimmering reflections, reveals an expressive nose, characterised by aromas of small red berries such as raspberry and blackcurrant, together with light notes of violet. The fine tannins in the mouth combine perfectly with the aromas on the nose, leading to a deliciously long, fragrant finish.
