This wine is a pure expression of its terroir, capturing the very essence of the crystalline massifs in Martigny-Fully.
Produced using a single-grape variety - the Humagne - the vines draw their richness from the granite, gneiss soil, offering a distinctive mineral complexity. The vinification process is suffused with tradition and respect for the grape variety. The grapes are subject to complete destemming, followed by manual punching-down and a long maceration period. Ageing in vats on fine lees allows preservation of the authentic character of the wine, whilst light filtration when bottling ensures its purity.
The result is a wine of endless subtlety, revealing a captivating bouquet that effortlessly blends notes of red fruits, flowers and plants. On the palate, its fine and smooth tannins give the wine a high-quality texture, as well as notes of violets, cherries and mint, a delight for the tastebuds. The Humagne grape variety is characterised by its fullness and velvety texture, offering a delightful and refined tasting experience.
