About the producer
Vlavis Sklavos is at the helm of this small domaine located on the peninsula which forms the western part of Kefalonia. Almost 30% of the vines are ungrafted as they survived phylloxera contamination. This mystic winegrower has a passionate relationship with his vines which he manages using biodynamic techniques.
About the wine
This wine offers a complex, floral nose with notes of crisp fruit and mushrooms. The palate is elegant and fruity, with superb minerality.
