The Gaucher family are a proprietors and récoltant-manipulant producers based in the villages of Arconville and Urvill in the Côte des Bar (in the department of Aube). They have been cultivating Pinot Noir, which is particularly well-suited to the terroir here, and Chardonnay for five generations. The domain does not augment its harvests and produces wines solely from its own vines. This is a very fine Grower Champagne in the Aube region.

This great introduction to the savoir-faire of this family-owned domaine is mainly composed of Pinot Noir, complemented by Chardonnay. It is marked by its attractive fruitiness, aromatic freshness and regularity. It can be enjoyed as an apéritif with petits fours.
