Olivier Giroux is a passionate wine grower, who only bought Clos des Rocs in 2002. As he says himself, his ultimate goal for his wines is to put "a smile of pleasure on the face of the person who enjoys them". He has succeeded in this respect especially since the field has focused on organic wine cultivation since 2005, and is awaiting certification. On this unique land in Loché, Olivier Giroux does high quality work.

With its attractive acacia and vanilla notes, Les Pierrotes Pouilly-Fuissé is a wine that affords genuine pleasure. The wine is juicy in the mouth, yet also releases a certain energy which makes it an obvious choice with an apéritif.
