Having acquired a real reputation with the wines from his trade, since 2006, with the help of his son, Dominique Laurent has also created a small producer-farming establishment from vineyards leased to a winemaker of Vosne-Romanée. He does not deal with vinification but élevage and bottling. Nevertheless, he supervises vinification. The father and son like to work grape musts that have not been destemmed and to mature their wines without sulphur. They use new barrels, the signature of the maison. Dominique Laurent's entire range of wines is characterised by a high degree of purity and to be accessible to all ages. This recipe has proved its worth to fans all over the world.

This Pouilly-Fuissé has its roots in a hostile environment: a soil combining limestone, clay and shale on steep slopes forming a circular arena. This terroir offers real diversity. Domaine Dominique Laurent, which was awarded its fifth star in the 2018 edition of the Bettane and Desseauve guide, brings us this light, beautiful white wine with a meaty body and dominant notes of white fruit, accompanied by mineral touches which develop towards citrus fruit.
