About the wine
This white Côtes-de-Provence is a blend of Sémillon and Rolle grown in clay and schist soil. The domain opted for single varietal maceration at a low temperature in order to retain the freshness of each kind of grape. The wine was then matured on fine lees in oak. The blending took place after maturation. This wine has a pale, golden hue and an elegant nose carried by notes of quince, stone fruits and citrus. The supply palate reveals a fine acidity and striking minerality.
