About the producer
Named after the first Irish president Douglas Hyde, Hyde whiskey is produced as both a grain and a malt in the same distillery and matured in County Cork. The spirits are first aged in a bourbon cask, then in Oloroso, rum or red Burgundy casks.

A Hyde 6 year old single grain bourbon cask. Produced by Hibernia Distillers, it is named after Douglas Hyde, the first President of Ireland. A limited edition of 5,000 bottles.
