After manual harvests, the grapes are carefully pressed. Vinification follows a traditional, low-intervention approach and the wine is aged for 12 months in 400- and 500-litre big barrels before bottling.
The golden hue shows impressive intensity and brilliance while the expressive, intense nose reveals delicate floral notes and white fruit, with subtle buttery and hazelnut accents. On the palate, freshness and elegance frame generous fruit flavours, leading into a persistent, fresh finish.
