This Pinot Noir from Chablis delivers subtle elegance, with fresh red fruit aromatics, silky tannins and bright mineral freshness.

More info

The Pinot Noir vines behind this wine lie in the heart of the Chablis region, an area known for its clay- and limestone-rich soils. Each vine grows on well-exposed slopes that allow the grapes to ripen beautifully. In the winery, vinification is carried out in stainless steel vats to preserve fruit purity. Alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous and temperature controlled. The wine ages for 12 months, partly in oak to bring complexity and gentle richness, before bottling with light filtration.
In the glass, the intense red hue shows ruby highlights. The nose is generous, revealing intense ripe red fruit, joined by sweet spice and hints of undergrowth. On the palate, a silky structure reveals delightful freshness lifted by fine-grained tannins and leading into a persistent, fruit-driven finish.
