The wine

In the heart of Crémant de Bourgogne country, the estate has chosen a completely different approach to vinification, working without added sugar or other inputs. Only the sugars naturally present in the grapes drive the fermentations. Both red and white grapes are carefully combined, giving this sparkling wine its delicate pinkish hue. The result is a distinctive and celebratory Extra Brut wine containing zero to six grams of residual sugar.
The pale pink hue shows salmon glints, lifted by a fine, persistent bead. The nose reveals small red fruit notes such as wild strawberry and raspberry, alongside floral touches and hints of spice. The light, vibrant palate is carried by a fine bead and refreshing acidity, with intense fruit aromatics leading into a clean, saline finish.
