Gewurztraminer

Introduced to Alsace in 1871, Gewürztraminer produces complex wines with an intense perfume. Gewürz means “spice” in German and this variety offers up aromas of lychee, banana, peach and spices. It has good ageing potential and can also be used to make Vendange Tardive wine.
