About the producer
Vlavis Sklavos is at the helm of this small domaine located on the peninsula which forms the western part of Kefalonia. Almost 30% of the vines are ungrafted as they survived phylloxera contamination. This mystic winegrower has a passionate relationship with his vines which he manages using biodynamic techniques.
About the wine
The magnificent nose expresses notes of rose and quince; the highly refined palate is candied, with a well-integrated acidity and a slightly minty saline side. Superb!
