Fondata nel 1825, la distilleria Highlands Glencadam è rimasta a lungo nell'ombra. Il suo whisky è stato usato come ingrediente in diversi blended whisky come il Ballantine's. È solo all'inizio del XXI secolo che il nuovo proprietario, Angus Dundee, ha deciso di imbottigliare il suo single malt per la gioia degli amanti del whisky.
