This Daftmill 12 year old small batch was distilled at the very end of 2007 and bottled in 2020. In addition to a small quantity of exceptional single casks, every year the distillery releases two batches of whisky bottled at 46% ABV. For this 2020 winter release, the distillery blended together seven first-fill bourbon casks to recreate the distillery’s trademark fruity, herbaceous and incredibly fresh style.
